Hello, I’m Triona Guidry. For over 25 years I’ve helped consumers and small businesses solve their computer problems.

I offer personalized service unlike anything you’ll receive from a generic geek. I enjoy getting to know my clients and assisting them with their computers. Technology should be a help, not a hindrance. I’m a one-person operation and handle all client projects personally. No more jumping from tech to tech, having to re-explain your computer needs.

I’m skilled at explaining technology in non-technical terms. So if you’re a beginner, you can feel comfortable asking me the most basic of questions. And if you’re an experienced user, I can give you the latest scoop on trends in technology. Many of my clients are work-from-home users and families with children of all ages, as well as small businesses who need computer help but don’t have the resources for a full IT department.

Through my freelance firm, Lightning Technology Services Inc., I offer Windows and Mac tech support, web design, social media marketing, and business writing services such as copy editing and proofreading.
